1. Membership:
   - By enrolling in classes at [Chi Combat System©], you become a member of our martial arts school.
   - Membership is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
   - Membership is non-transferable and is solely for the individual enrolled.

2. Class Registration and Fees:
   - Class registration can be completed online or in person at our facility.
   - Fees for classes are due prior to the start of each session or on a monthly basis, depending on the chosen payment plan.
   - All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the refund policy.

3. Refund Policy:
   - [Chi Combat System©] offers a 7-day refund policy for new members. If, within 7 days of the initial class, you are dissatisfied with our services, we will issue a full refund upon request.
   - After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted for classes already attended or for any portion of the membership fee.

4. Class Cancellations:
   - [Chi Combat System©] reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or instructor availability.
   - In the event of a class cancellation, we will make every effort to notify members in advance and offer alternative class options.

Membership Cancellation:

  • To terminate your membership with Chi Combat System©, we require a written notice sent to our email address or delivered in person.

  • Membership cancellation requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance from the desired termination date.

  • Any outstanding balances or class credits will be addressed during this 4-week period.

5. Code of Conduct:
   - All members are expected to adhere to the code of conduct set forth by [Chi Combat System©].
   - Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of membership without refund.

6. Liability Waiver:
   - Participation in martial arts classes involves inherent risks of injury. By becoming a member of [Chi Combat System©], you assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes or related activities.
   - [Chi Combat System©], its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in classes or other school-related events.

7. Privacy Policy:

8. Intellectual Property:
   - All content, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and text, on the [Chi Combat System©] website is the property of [Chi Combat System©] and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   - You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   - We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
